("Briventixoran", "we") we handle your personal data with care and in accordance with Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data, Decree 1558/2001 and the provisions of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP). This policy explains what data we collect, for what purpose, how we protect it and what your rights are.

Briventixoran S.A.S., CUIT 30-71823461-7, with registered offices at Av. Leandro N. Alem 855, 12th Floor, CABA, is the controller of personal data collected through the briventixoran.com website. For any enquiries, you can write to privacidad@briventixoran.com.
2. Data we collect
We collect the data you voluntarily provide through our forms (name, email and message) and technical data automatically generated during your browsing, such as IP address, device type, browser, operating system, pages visited and approximate length of the visit.
3. Purposes
We process your data to answer your enquiries, give you information about real estate crowdlending projects, maintain our commercial relationship, comply with legal obligations and improve the operation of the site. If you expressly authorise it, we may also send you commercial communications.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent you give when completing our forms or accepting cookies, on the performance of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship and on compliance with legal obligations that apply to Briventixoran.
